How do I choose the right ski length?
Ski length depends on your height, weight, and ability level. Generally, skis should reach somewhere between your chin and the top of your head. Consult our detailed Size Guide on each product page for specific recommendations.
Do you offer professional binding mounting?
Yes, we offer professional mounting services. If you purchase both skis and bindings from us, please provide your boot sole length (BSL) and skier profile during checkout so our certified technicians can mount them for you.
What is your return policy for winter gear?
We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that once skis have been mounted or waxed, they are no longer eligible for return.
How long does shipping take for oversized equipment?
Standard shipping for skis and snowboards typically takes 3-7 business days. We use specialized reinforced packaging to ensure your gear arrives safely and ready for the mountain.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Ski Barn ships to the United States and Canada. Shipping rates and import duties for Canadian orders are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
Are the products covered by a warranty?
All new equipment sold by Ski Barn is covered by the original manufacturer's warranty against defects. We are happy to assist you in facilitating a warranty claim with the brand if necessary.
